Creditors confirm court-mandated debt restructuring at Marinblu
Ljubljana, 10 November - Marinblu, the fish-packing company owned by former State Secretary Boris Šuštar and his wife, which raised dust with reports of inhumane treatment of workers and poor sanitary conditions, will not go into receivership. Creditors, who will have to give up a large part of their claims, confirmed court-mandated debt restructuring, POP TV reported.
