President says state not municipalities must handle large watercourses
Ljubljana, 11 November - President Nataša Pirc Musar highlighted on Saturday that keeping those affected by the devastating floods this year informed about relief procedures was a key task for the government. Visiting Sneberje, a fairly heavily hit Ljubljana borough, she also stressed that managing large watercourses is the responsibility of the state, not municipalities.
