Court rejects motion for injunction on appointment of police commissioner

Ljubljana, 14 November - The Administrative Court has rejected the proposal for a temporary injunction on the appointment of Senad Jušić as police commissioner, which was filed by Jušić's predecessor Boštjan Lindav. A decision on the latter's challenge of the selection procedure per se is still pending.
