Weather: Cloudy with chance of light rain

Ljubljana, 16 November - Friday will start off cloudy with light rain, but the skies will partly clear up in the afternoon and a strong northerly to northwesterly wind will start blowing. Morning lows will stand at around 3 to 8 degrees Celsius and daytime highs at 8 to 14 degrees, reaching up to 16 in the western region of Primorska.
