Parties to Mediterranean Sea protection convention meeting in Portorož

Portorož, 3 December - Slovenia will host the 23rd meeting of the contracting parties to the Barcelona Convention in Portorož next week. It will assume a two-year presidency of the convention, which provides an international legal framework for the protection of the Mediterranean Sea and its coast. The event is expected to attract around 300 delegates from 21 countries.
