Study suggests gender pay gap in Slovenia small only in theory
Ljubljana, 17 November - While the unadjusted gender pay gap in Slovenia, at 3.8% in 2021, is below the 12.7% average for the EU, major differences exist at the level of individual sectors, professions and posts, show the findings of a project presented at a conference in Ljubljana on Friday.
