Koper, 18 November - Because some companies and institutions abused workers by bypassing rules on keeping their working time, not enabling them to take a break or not paying the overtime, the government has decided to "punish" all companies and all institutions with stricter rules, which kick in on Monday, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Saturday.
