MPs to vote on motion to enshrine right to cash payments in constitution

Ljubljana, 23 November - A motion to enshrine the right to cash payments into the Slovenian constitution has made it onto the agenda of the National Assembly, as PovezaniSmo, an anti-digitalisation group, has managed to collect the 30,000 signatures needed to kickstart the procedure.
