Govt adopts extensive post-flood reconstruction bill

Ljubljana, 23 November - A comprehensive bill on post-flood reconstruction, coming after emergency bills passed in the wake of the August disaster, was adopted by the government on Thursday in an effort to secure speedy reconstruction and improve resilience to natural disasters. Funding sources include a tax on bank total assets and a higher corporate tax rate.
