Rules drafted for wind farm compensation to municipalities

Ljubljana, 24 November - Municipalities that will allow the construction of wind turbines will get compensated under new draft rules prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy. Under the regulation, municipalities will be eligible to a one-off compensation to the tune of EUR 200,000 per megawatt of installed production power.
