Delo says consumers will pay HSE cyberattack damage

Ljubljana, 27 November - The newspaper Delo comments on the cyberattack on the HSE, the country's largest energy group, saying that the consumers will have to bear the brunt of the damage and also indicating that nobody will be held accountable.
