Slovenia to call for tangible measures at COP28
Dubai, 29 November - The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) is starting on Thursday in Dubai to review the global progress in implementing the Paris Agreement. Slovenia and the EU are hoping that decisions on tangible steps for phasing out fossil fuels will be made.
