Ombudsman tells minister phones in GP offices must no longer ring without response
Ljubljana, 27 November - Repeated warnings about difficulties, especially among vulnerable groups, with getting through to GPs were underlined on Monday by Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina as he met Health Minister Valentina Prevolnik Rupel. "It's unacceptable that phones are ringing without response," Svetina said.
