Shoemaker Alpina to cut workforce, introduce furlough

Žiri, 29 November - Alpina, a footwear maker owned by the Czech group K&H since last September, has announced that the declining sales have forced it to reduce its workforce by 20 by the end of the year. A furlough plan is in the making as well.
