NLB taking over Summit Leasing

Ljubljana, 30 November - Slovenia's leading bank, NLB, has signed a deal to acquire Summit Leasing Slovenija, the leasing company that the US fund Apollo and the EBRD retained after selling the banking group NKBM to the Hungarian OTP group in 2021.
