EU Commission wins lawsuit over Ljubljana sewage system
Luxembourg, 30 November - The Court of Justice of the European Union has found that by not establishing an appropriate collecting system for urban waste water Slovenia had failed to comply with the EU rules on urban waste-water treatment. The decision was made in a lawsuit brought against Slovenia by the European Commission in 2017.
