President provides explanations on pardons

Ljubljana, 4 December - President Nataša Pirc Musar, who came under fire from the largest opposition party for pardoning three foreign citizens jailed for smuggling migrants and was asked to present her position on the law governing presidential pardons last week, listed the arguments for pardoning three convicted people smugglers on Monday.
