Petrol turns to Constitutional Court over fuel price regulation

Ljubljana, 5 December - Energy company Petrol has filed for a constitutional review of the government's recent decision to regulate certain fuel prices and asked the court to suspend the regulation, as it finds the measures meant to keep inflation in check disproportionate and in breach of the law.
