Slovenian women handballers advance at world championship

Stavanger, 5 December - The Slovenian women's handball team lost to France 27:31 in their last match of the preliminary round group D of the world championship in Norway's Stavanger on Monday evening to finish second in the group. They had already made it to the main round of the tournament, which Slovenia will open on Wednesday against South Korea.
