Weather: Cloudy and foggy

Ljubljana, 6 December - Mostly cloudy weather is forecast for Wednesday with fog hovering in low-lying areas. A weak bora will blow in the western Primorska region. Morning lows will stand between 1 and 5 degrees Celsius on the coast and between -3 and 1 in the rest of Slovenia while daytime highs will reach from 1 to 3, going up to 11 degrees in Primorska.
