Delo calls for higher spending on education

Ljubljana, 6 December - Commenting on the results of recent international surveys in education, the newspaper Delo says in Wednesday's front-page commentary that the painful results should come as no surprise given that some countries allocate 7% of GDP or more for education and Slovenia only 4.6%.
