Voting right to be restored for persons under guardianship

Ljubljana, 6 December - The coalition put forward on Wednesday a legislative proposal to restore the active voting right for persons under guardianship. The proposal still precludes passive suffrage, which is not the case with a rival motion that has been filed simultaneously by the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament.
