Kumer says bad climate conference deal no deal for EU

Dubai, 11 December - Bojan Kumer, Slovenia's minister of the environment, climate and energy, says the EU's position at the UN Climate Conference (COP28) in Dubai is that bad deal is no deal in which case it would be better to walk away from talks. Still, he is hopeful that the talks will wrap up successfully on Tuesday.
