Parliament transforms mutual insurer Vzajemna into joint stock company

Ljubljana, 13 December - MPs passed on Wednesday an act transforming Vzajemna, Slovenia's only mutual insurance company, into a joint stock company as part of a long-planned scrapping of Vzajemna's collecting of what have been basically compulsory top-up health insurance payments complementing the public health insurance scheme.
