Dnevnik says annual presidential address to MPs should become tradition

Ljubljana, 14 December - Dnevnik welcomes in Thursday's commentary the idea of annual addresses to the National Assembly by the country's president in the manner announced and executed on Wednesday by Nataša Pirc Musar. It argues that this helps balance the gap between the unparalleled democratic legitimacy of the president and the absence of tangible powers.
