Dnevnik calls for well thought-through measures in healthcare
Ljubljana, 15 December - Commenting on the new emergency healthcare act, which was passed yesterday, the newspaper Dnevnik says that after a series of emergency measures that mostly did more harm than good it is high time for a turnabout.
