Slovenian fund acquires hotel complex on Croatian coast
Zagreb, 20 December - The Slovenian investment fund ECM Partners has purchased a property in Novi Vinodolski on the Croatian coast that includes a 160-room hotel and 330 apartments, ECM Partners announced on its website on Wednesday. The Croatian media report that the transaction is worth around EUR 45 million.
