Petrol supervisors say management board overhaul in line with standards

Ljubljana, 21 December - Responding to a call for additional explanations issued by Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), the supervisory board of energy company Petrol said on Wednesday that all decisions involving the recent management board overhaul had been adopted independently and in compliance with all legal rules and standards of corporate governance.
