Večer feels reform efforts have revealed govt's incompetence

Maribor, 22 December - Večer says in Friday's commentary that is has become clear by now that what Prime Minister Robert Golob had announced as a year of reforms has instead been a year demonstrating that this "first-class manager" and his team are not capable of major crucial steps needed to strengthen society's key systems.
