Property market cooling off
Ljubljana, 22 December - Slovenia's property market is cooling off. After break-neck growth post-Covid, when prices rose at quarterly rates of close to 5%, prices inched only 0.7% higher in the third quarter, the slowest rate since the third quarter of 2020, the latest Statistics Office data show.
