"Slovenians most concerned about their pockets and safety": A survey conducted by the pollster Mediana about the expectations of Slovenians of 2024 shows that optimism is the most pronounced among young people. Fear from the spread of intolerance among people is increasing. (front page, 2)

Ski jumping
"Peter Prevc already touched the Golden Eagle": Slovenia's Peter Prevc was 3rd in the qualifiers for the first event of the Four Hills Tournament in Germany's Oberstdorf yesterday in front of a record crowd of 16,300. The remaining four Slovenians also qualified. (front page, 18)

UKC Ljubljana renovation
"Slovenia in a development standstill": Renovation of UKC Ljubljana, the country's main hospital, is taking place "at a snail's pace", and if it continues this way, it will never be finished, Delo says, also wondering whether it is time to construct a new hospital. (front page, 3)
