Maribor supervisor resigns after causing car crash drunk

Maribor, 31 December - Damijan Škrinjar, a supervisor at several of the city of Maribor's public companies, has resigned from all supervisor posts after having caused a car accident with light injuries while driving under the influence of alcohol. According to the newspaper Večer, he also tried to bribe a doctor to avoid a blood alcohol content test.
