Five people trapped in cave near Cerknica
Cerknica, 7 January - Five people have been trapped in Križna Jama, a carst cave with underground lakes near Cerknica, since yesterday after water levels in the cave rose because of rain. Cave rescuers from Postojna, Ljubljana and Novo Mesto along with cave divers and firefighters are on the site, but the five will be able to leave the cave only when water levels drop.
