Slovenia aiming high at Handball Euro despite battered roster

Berlin, 11 January - The Slovenian men's handball team will start its 14th appearance at European Handball Championships in Berlin this evening. Slovenia, who already have medals from both European and World Championships and are ranked 11th by bookmakers as far as the tournament in Germany goes, will play the Faeroe Islands, Poland and Norway in the preliminary round.
