Court premises purchase to be annulled if based on fabricated documents, minister says

Ljubljana, 12 January - Justice Minister Dominika Švarc Pipan will seek to annul a EUR 7.7 million contract for a new court building in Litijska Road in Ljubljana should it be proven that it was concluded on the basis of false or fabricated appraisal documents. Before the seller bought the dilapidated building in 2019, it was appraised at EUR 2.9 million.
