Doctors want govt to see them as equal partners, demand changes immediately

Ljubljana, 15 January - The Fides trade union of doctors and dentists launched a strike on Monday morning, and individual strike committees suspended their work altogether for half an hour in to present their demands, which include a pay agreement being reached with the government. Today's talks brought no progress and they should continue on Tuesday.
