Ljubljana to get international brass ensemble competition

Ljubljana, 15 January - After organising its first international competition for young pianists in 2023, the company organising the acclaimed Ljubljana Festival has decided to launch a competition for brass ensembles. The first will take place in February 2025 at the Slovenian Philharmonic, and the winner will receive EUR 20,000, Ljubljana Festival said on Monday.
