Paper says justice minister ultimately responsible for building purchase

Koper, 19 January - Although other people have signed the papers on the purchase of a building in Ljubljana meant to house several court departments, which was overpaid by EUR 6 million, and not Justice Minister Dominika Švarc Pipan it is definitely she who carries the ultimate responsibility, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Friday.
