Private kindergartens fear funding changes could be their end
Ljubljana, 19 January - The Education Ministry is drafting changes to kindergarten legislation which private kindergartens fear could lead to their abolishment because most parents could not afford to pay a full monthly price without public co-funding. Slovenia has an expansive network of public kindergartens and only 6% of kids go to private ones.
