Provinces seen as solution to traffic jams in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 22 January - Traffic congestions on Slovenian roads are becoming an increasingly burning issue and tackling them should be a priority, agreed participants of a debate hosted by the National Council and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) on Monday. The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, sees decentralisation and provinces as a solution.
