Večer laments bulk of recovery funds invested in infrastructure

Ljubljana, 23 January - Večer laments in Wednesday's commentary the funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan are not being used for a development breakthrough that goes beyond investments in physical infrastructure. It says that such investments enable politicians to attend ceremonies and score political points.
