Govt food price watch suspended

Ljubljana, 24 January - The Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry and Food has suspended the foods price watch project launched in September 2022 during the cost of living crisis as a softer alternative to price regulation. For the project to continue successfully, producers and retailers would have to make certain commitments, the ministry said.
