Ministry, health fund say doctors obligated to write sick leave notes

Ljubljana, 24 January - After a number of complaints from patients due to the ongoing strike by the Fides trade union of doctors and dentists, mostly concerning cancelled appointments and doctors not issuing sick leave notes, the Health Ministry and the ZZZS health fund told the press today that doctors were obligated to issue sick leave notes even during the strike.
