ICJ decision suggests ceasefire is a must, says Dnevnik

Ljubljana, 27 January - The decision by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) urging Israel to ensure its troops commit no genocidal acts in Gaza has restored some faith in humanity, Dnevnik says on Saturday, pointing out that even in the absence of a direct order to pause fighting, the court's ruling indicates that a ceasefire is the only way to implement it.
