Representatives of 14 Slovenian companies are exhibiting at the fair under the wing of Spirit Slovenija for the seventh time. Last year the fair featured 3,358 exhibitors from 72 countries, including 13 from Slovenia, and saw more than 138,000 visitors.

The Arab Health fair will take place from Monday to Thursday under the slogan Connecting Minds, Transforming Healthcare. The fair will focus on the future of healthcare and innovative technologies and services that highlight the innovative nature of the industry, Spirit Slovenija wrote in a press release.

Innovations in expendable supplies, orthopaedics, medical imaging, IT, well-being, preventive care and other services will be featured at the fair. Sustainable development of the industry will also be an important topic.

Slovenian exhibitors that attended the fair in the past saw it as a great opportunity to present their products and services and connect with potential business partners, said Spirit, adding that the fair also offered an insight into the newest products, innovations and trends in the industry.

Another Slovenian delegation will arrive in Dubai on Monday, representing 14 Slovenian medical equipment and pharmaceuticals manufacturers. The delegation will visit the fair and meet with representatives of AstraGene, the first molecular diagnostics manufacturing firm in the Middle East. Spirit Slovenija and the Slovenian embassy in Dubai will hold a reception and networking event.
