Večer blames strikes on govt's incompetence

Ljubljana, 30 January - The newspaper Večer comments on Tuesday on what it calls a spiral of strikes in the public sector, blaming the situation on the government. Due to the government's incompetence as regards pay reform, Slovenia will find itself in a vicious circle of accelerated deterioration of public systems and subsystems.
