Paper points to low pay of staff at administrative units

Koper, 31 January - The newspaper Primorske Novice argues on Wednesday that on the one hand Slovenia provides free higher education, but on the other it does not appreciate highly qualified, university-educated staff at administrative units. Other professions in the public sector suffer a similar fate, the paper adds.
