Ljubljana, 2 February - It will be overcast in Slovenia on Friday, expect for the western region of Primorska where it will be partly clear. Morning lows will stand at -4 to 0 degrees Celsius, while it will warm to between 5 and 10 degrees during the day, around 12 in Primorska.
