Dnevnik reflects on change of Ukraine's top general

Ljubljana, 10 February - The newspaper Dnevnik writes about the replacement of Ukraine's commander-in-chief in Saturday's commentary Shock Therapy at Army's Helm. Even if the new chief has announced a change in tactics, the paper finds that his options in a war of attrition are limited, while the balance of power and the actors in the conflict remain the same.
