Izola celebrates ruby-red wine

Izola, 10 February - Forty-five winemakers from Slovenia, Croatia and Italy have gathered in the seaside town of Izola on Saturday to showcase a diversity of styles of wine that can be made from the dark-skinned Refosco grape varieties grown in the northern Adriatic.
